Fiji Waterfall is a triple-waterfall destination in Lemukih, Buleleng. It belongs to the dramatic northern landscape often explored together with Sekumpul, but it is a distinct stop with its own identity. The name refers to a Bali waterfall, not the Pacific island country, and using Lemukih alongside it helps clarify transport and tour arrangements.

The attraction is the sight of neighbouring cascades within a green valley. Reaching the lower waterfall area requires a walking plan and enough time for the return. A viewpoint-only stop and a full descent are different experiences, so make sure your booking describes which one you will receive.

The triple-waterfall landscape

Buleleng government reporting identifies Fiji as a triple waterfall and places it among Lemukih’s developed nature attractions. Official sources differ on precise height, so the visual relationship between the three flows is a more reliable focus than a single numerical claim.

Water volume and the appearance of the falls change with conditions. The best visit gives you time to appreciate the valley, surrounding vegetation and sound of the water without demanding a particular photograph. Stay within the areas indicated by your guide and avoid moving onto unstable ground for a wider view.

Choose the route and guide clearly

Ask whether the itinerary approaches from Lemukih or another entrance in the wider Sekumpul area. Confirm the meeting point, total walking effort, steps, any stream crossings and the return arrangement. The destination name alone does not describe the physical demands of a route.

A government account of Lemukih tourism describes visitors being accompanied by local management guides. Check the current arrangement and agree the complete price before starting. Understand whether the quote includes entry, guiding, transfers and other stops rather than assuming all packages cover the same experience.

Combining Fiji with Sekumpul

Sekumpul Waterfall is a common companion, but adding it changes the length and effort of the outing. Tell the organiser whether your priority is both waterfall bases, a shorter route or viewpoints. A less ambitious itinerary can be the better choice for a mixed-fitness group.

Do not automatically add river slides or other adventure activities because they are advertised nearby. They are separate experiences requiring suitable conditions, equipment and supervision. A waterfall walk is complete without them, and declining an activity should not diminish the visit.

Practical preparation

Wear shoes with grip, carry water and protect electronics from spray and rain. Keep a change of clothing available if the route is likely to be wet. Ask about conditions on the morning of the visit, especially after heavy rainfall, and accept a changed route when necessary.

Leave enough time for the return climb and transport back to your accommodation. If continuing to Munduk, Lovina Beach or the highland lakes, avoid adding a long list of stops after a demanding walk. A meal and a comfortable transfer may be the most useful finish to the day.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fiji Waterfall the same as Sekumpul?

No. They are distinct waterfalls that can be included in one wider itinerary. Confirm which are actually included.

Can I visit only a viewpoint?

Ask the organiser about current viewing options. A viewpoint package and a descent to the waterfall area should be described separately.

Is the route suitable for everyone?

The full walk can involve steps and uneven ground. Discuss fitness, mobility and current conditions before selecting a route.
